Every time I come to the drive through it takes literally over 10 minutes to get a deposit slip just to fill out. I have a two-year-old in tow and I understand there are other customers, but 10 minutes is a very long time to wait for a simple withdrawal from savings.
20 min in line waiting for service people are great but under staffed. They closed branches but can’t have enough people to cover your needs?
Very helpful staff, there was also some nutcase yelling at the manager through the window and he remained very professional. You guys are the best don't let the grumpy's get you down.
I have to deal with them for work with multiple accounts. They are on top of their game, knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
