This bank has been responsible for a number of money wiring errors resulting in large sums of money being scammed from the elderly and also businesses. They do not follow protocol, they do they do not follow red flag laws, they consider major errors just an oversight. They are more concerned about losing their jobs than assisting a long term elderly customer recoup a large amount of their savings due to their negligence and errors in the preparation of a wire fraud document.
