To think I have a loan with this "bank.". First time I ever called this bank in 2 plus years and now I know why. I'm not sure who I talked with but she had a mouth on her. I asked 1 question and I was ridiculed for it? Atrocious, immature and very rude, as apparently my question was difficult to reply back? This was Thursday 7-30-2026. Use this bank for business purposes and while I have no issues there, the teller customer service is extremely lacking. The drive thru tellers refused me service because they won’t do more than one deposit at the drive thru. So after waiting in line and sending my deposit through, they sent my deposit back, made me drive around, park and go inside. I had a knee injury. I would not recommend this bank for a loan. Initially spelled my name wrong on the loan even though documents sent to them were spelled correctly. Had to go into a branch to fix even though they had a copy of my ID and all they did was scanned my id. Second could not do a change of address without me coming into the branch ( this is a standard process that is done at all my other financial istatutions with out having to physically go in) then while trying to pay off the loan they sent me in a not my job loop that ended with ... read more
