Excellent customer service, phenomenal representatives! A few months ago, Mike Pizzola helped set up my first checking account. It was a very smooth, quick, and light process. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all questions with no confusion. He was a very nice gentleman who knows his stuff! Horrible customer service. Called a million times to fix my incorrect phone number and it still remains incorrect. Im done with this bank. I would stay clear if you are thinking of using them. Update: called customer service again after chatting with liz and she again didnt want to work and again told me i had to contact customer service to change my number. Guess what they did? Told me to contact my local branch to change my number. So i got another employee who changed my number. Im not sure who liz is but she needs to be ... read more
