How are you going to tell someone they can't exchange bills for a different denomination if they don't have an account? The dumbest thing I have ever heard from a bank. Community shouldn't be in the name when they have no interest in the community unless they can make a buck off it. People would be better of with PayPal or something. Better interest rates on savings and no fees ever except ATM withdrawl.

I would give less then one if I could they don"t help you when you call if you want something done you would have a better chance calling the HR then this place.
