I was Community bank customer, but got hit with over draft fees weekly due to 3rd party checks not going through immediately. I switched to stueben trust, never had a single problem. Now that community has bought out stueben I unfortunately have an account there again. I have had my account less then 3 months and its already back to the same hidden fees, new checks I had to pay for, limited hours, terrible phone customer service, and an app that won't deposit checks remotely for days.
When I first walked in no one said hello.And there was three employees working well two of them were talking about there weekend and the one that helped me just looked at me and said depositing money.wich was funny because I had my ids out and money and a deposit slip.guess it dosnt take much brain power to work there!
Great bank. Reasonable fees.
