This is a bank not interested in serving it’s community. It closed our local branch forcing us to drive 20 minutes to the next closest location. At that location, they only provide drive through service. They seem to have overlooked the fact that without us, their customers, they wouldn’t exist. So, we will now be moving our accounts to ServU who is actually opening new locations and allow their customers inside their buildings.
This bank sucks. They have frozen my sons accounts because of their screw up. Avoid at all costs.
