They treat you like family
If you want a bank that treats you like family look no further! I’ve done all my banking with them and they go the second and third mile. I’ve dealt mostly with Karin but I’m sure the others do a fantastic job as well. I highly recommend!
Rude and condescending april and Alexa are absolutely horrible, not the first time for April either, the bank “misplaces money” and then try to blame me for it. Leaving me stranded an hour and a half away with no way to pay for my goods. Bounce three of my accounts, tells me it’s my fault, then two days later everything fixes itself, no phone call, no apology, I’m just told it was a national issue. Accounts moving soon. The employees at this bank are absolutely atrocious! They are incredibly rude and downright mean. Do business elsewhere if you can. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
