The people have been nice enough. The online aspect is really bad. Just another day their website is down and I can't look at my accounts.
Makes absolutely 0 sense that a vehicle payment cannot be made over phone. As soon as I have time will transfer loan to another bank. Also bank opens after people are at work and closes before we get out of work and closed on weekends. So when can in person banking be done? Cazenovia branch used to open 7 AM them along came Community Bank and changed things to inconvenient.
The local branch is amazing… but thier attorneys are horrible with mortgages. Additionally, if you’re using an LLC they require your name in the loan as well… which opens you up To more liability.
