The people have been nice enough. The online aspect is really bad. Just another day their website is down and I can't look at my accounts. Tried calling customer care and they were asking the STUPIDEST questions to verify my identity that had nothing to do with me. This place has tanked since they sold out.
I'm a student that needs to regain access to my bank as my card is for some reason not working when I have money in my account, mon-wed I am busy until 3 with school so I can not call before the branch closes, and if I am able to find time to call, I've been out on hold for periods over an hour so I no longer have the free time to try to call. Makes absolutely 0 sense that a vehicle payment cannot be made over phone. As soon as I have time will transfer loan to another bank. Also bank opens after people are at work and closes before we get out of work and closed on weekends. So when can in person banking be done? Cazenovia branch used to open 7 AM them along came Community Bank and changed things to inconvenient.
The local branch is amazing… but thier attorneys are horrible with mortgages. Additionally, if you’re using an LLC they require your name in the loan as well… which opens you up To more liability.
