The local branch is amazing… but thier attorneys are horrible with mortgages. Additionally, if you’re using an LLC they require your name in the loan as well… which opens you up To more liability.

Totally disgusted by the policy of this bank. Thieves that have hidden costs - will never do business here again. My elderly mother took out loan on her house here and was never informed of the additional costs. When she tried to pay off the loan early she was charged additional hidden fees. Her rate was a predatory 7.5 %. Go elsewhere!!
