If you like to wait on hold with customer service for 3 hours and 54 minutes now. Try to call a branch and they tell you. That they can't even do that. Because it can only be done online or over the phone when the payment is late. You ask for a bank manager, he's in a meeting and to call you back in 20 minutes. Never hear back from him. Can't get your car payment in because they pick up their phones. Worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They do not have any customer service skills at all. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone, ever. It will take you at least 6 months to get a loan for anything because they dont have competent people working in this loan department. They ask for ridiculous documentation. And then they force you to buy insurance that insurance companies laugh in your face for asking for it. Don't do it. It's a nightmare.
Stop! Do not try for a mortgage at this bank unless you have 3+ months to waste while you plead with them to hurry so that you won't lose the contractors they make you retain. What a waste of time & money!! Never again!!! We're extremely disappointed with the communication lapses and delays we've experienced with Community Bank during our home loan process.
