this bank l is antiquated and dysfunctional. You need to call them on a regular basis to get password resets sorted out. ZELLE-their mobile payment app sucks so hard I couldn't even tell you it's not even worth trying- waste time and completely inconsistent– good idea horrible execution! Changing banks asap.
I am endlessly frustrated by my account at this bank. My debit card is declined ALL the time when I have plenty of money in the account. I will be switching banks.
Like many I started an account at this location back when it was merchants bank. Since it’s been taken over by community na the service and over quality has decreased substantially. Today I’m learning they no longer offer any weekend hours and the atm won’t accept a deposit. I suppose it’s time to move to a different bank because this one is now Community…. Nah Follow-up..
