I closed all of my accounts today after being a member with merchants bank since 2011. All I was asked was why I was closing my accounts. When I told the teller that I was unhappy with the services since the merchants bank buyout and the service charges- she didn’t say anything to me the rest is the time she closed out my account. Well, I wonder what people are supposed to think about this bank when they allow so much drug use and drug dealing to happen on their property? Invest in a gate/garage, and only open it when you are open. Please do this and help save our city!

this bank l is antiquated and dysfunctional. You need to call them on a regular basis to get password resets sorted out. ZELLE-their mobile payment app sucks so hard I couldn't even tell you it's not even worth trying- waste time and completely inconsistent– good idea horrible execution! Changing banks asap.
