Got in line behind 2 cars at the drive through at 3:55pm. First car was there before I arrived and they went past 4pm. So what does the branch do as that first customer pulls away at 4:01? Turns the open light to closed and leaves myself and the car ahead of me to rot without service. No one was behind me. The average time a person spends at the window is less than 3 minutes. 3rd time they let my account go into arrears even tho I had overdraft protection... then I find out it was changed without my authorization,..again. called this elmira branch where I opened my account.... and the lady and her supervisor were both very rude, and wouldn't let me ask genuine questions about my account. Kept cutting me off saying "let me talk"... horrible customer service. Hung up and called the corning office and the lady was very understanding with me and answered all my questions.
