Their ATM in the mall ate my debit card months ago. I tried to contact them about getting it back but got no response.

About a week ago, I was in the parking lot. A family member had business at this bank. I watched the bank manager go to his car. I assume, lunch break. He threw his wrappers out the window of his vehicle. Did not pick them up. Threw more when I pointed to the garbage in the ground. I'll never use community bank.

I just opened my first checking account there, and when I went to deposit a check I asked to see if I had filled the deposit slip out correctly. The guy who was waiting on my acted like I was stupid and when I was going out the door they started laughing (not sure if they were laughing at me, but the way I was treated made me feel like they were.) Overall, I was not impressed with the attitude of the employees.

I hate to go to this branch. When I absolutely have to go there, I try to always use the drive-up window. When I have to go inside, I am invariably treated like a potential criminal. Friends of mine have also told me of having the same experience at this branch.
