Don't use this bank unless physically going to the branch is your desire. Nowhere near the online customer service of 2023 ! Inconvenience is the name of the game with this financial institution. Normal people don't have time for the grief and aggravation. Save yourself some time.
Great people and very easy to acess6
Community Bank ONLINE is atrocious if you can't login. They require the month you opened up an account - and who remembers that ??? - and the actual date a check was cashed - like you would know and can't find it because your statements are online. THEN you must drive your butt to a branch office. Could it be anymore convenient? Three hours today screwing around this.
This the best bank to do business with! I have had great experiences with two of the employees at this bank. Both D and L were extremely helpful and a joy to work with!
