I've never struggled with a bank so much. I have had my debit card closed 3 times in the span of 5 months and 2 of the 3 times I don't even know why
Staff is always friendly and courteous and very social with their customers.
This isn't a review of employees at the Lehighton location, they're all great people. However, this bank as a whole needs to start taking care of their customers more. Direct deposits are sometimes late and the main customer support employees can never give you a definitive answer. I've been at a fueling station and have been declined using my debit card numerous times because they were updating their systems, sometimes for three hours, and usually on a weeknight, between five and eight. Community Bank in Lehighton has made banking something I actually feel comfortable with. I used to avoid walking into a bank whenever possible, but that completely changed here. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They remember my name, greet me with genuine smiles, and make every visit feel welcoming.
