Been a dedicated customer with this bank for 3 years now. Just broke seven bones in a head-on collision I spent 21 days in cedar Crest when I got out I wasn't able to get a phone because I had to go everywhere and into T-Mobile to be able to prove that I was that person because I couldn't get any verification code sent to the two-factor authentication so the insurance just kept taking money from my account I contacted the insurance and I contacted the bank. I don't get the negative reviews. Have never had a bad experience in the many years here. Wouldn't even think about switching.
They have always treated me right and helped me with whatever I needed.
