Get 24/7 support asap. I tried to purchase some audiobooks off Audible this Friday night (5/23/2025) and apparently it was flagged as "suspicious". I wanted this to be resolved quickly but because of how things operate I would have to wait until the bank is open on a weekday. I’d rather this be resolved immediately than when I would be forced to be unable to pay rent.
I’m a soldier, was deployed. I only used this account to pay rent. Because of that I didn’t leave any money in the account while I was gone. Came home and they had been charging me $5 every month I was gone for low balance. I called the google phone number and was told only my local bank could fix the issue “community bank” as a whole has no ability to do that. Ronda was very rude and talked down on me. Called to ask if my card had fraud on it or not. Probably thought she was being helpful trying to teach me a lesson on buying things but more or less was just wasting my time. I asked one question and she wasn’t helpful until I told her I had a call that I had fraud on my card. Then she magically found it. Laughed at purchases and told me that’s why my card was hacked.
