Don’t recommend. I have an issue with this bank way more than I should. They are extremely outdated and constantly have issues with their app. I never know how much money is exactly in my account. I would make a few purchases during the day just for them to not show up on my account for a couple hours or maybe even a day. I don’t want to hear “it takes a couple days” I can list many other banks that don’t have that issue. Obnoxious, rude & condescending. Can't even be bothered to say "goodbye" after someone says "Thank you for your time." Just hang up!
Excellent customer care and service. Brenda and her associate (didn't catch her name) in the drive-thru we're very patient with me through all of my transactions.
I like to come to this bank, all the tellers are very nice. Brenda and other ladies are very sweet! I want to thank Francheska from Keyser branch and Maryna from Olyphant branch for resolving our issue ( mistake that happened not at the bank’s fault).
