Is this branch open now ,inside? Wanted to come inside to do some business ,like I did in past years. Why is the lobby not opened?
I stopped to deposit I bonds into my checking account. They do not allow you to enter the bank. I went back to my car to call and see if I can deposit these threw the drive thru. There were zero people in the drive thru from the moment I pull up until I left and they would not answer the phone. Honestly dislike this bank and plan on leaving...just one more reason to switch. First was the ridiculous 4.50 monthly fee that just started, now the great customer service.
This branch needs to open the lobby for banking business. The pandemic has been over a while now.
Not a lot of options like other banks. There is 3-4 branches I can go to and the closest one being most convenient : -the most difficult of the 4 (lobby closed). -money deposited isn’t available until next day. I know for sure 1 of the other branches have money ready after deposit but it’s the furthest from me. Not sure about the others yet.
