This particular branch is staffed with friendly helpful people. But in general I would not recommend this bank. They mismanaged our mortgage and gouged us in interest
I drove to the Nichols branch to deposit money into my account. I wish I'd had known they would be closed today. My bank app said they were having problems with online transactions. It did not say that the banks would ve closed today for Juneteenth?.. Since the Owego branch closed, it's been a hassle to drove to Nichols to make a deposit. Today I tried to make a ca$h deposit at the ATM inside. There were plenty of envelopes, I filled out the information, I had my checking account slips. Do yourself a favor and go to the towanda branch instead. Do not bank here. Linda and the bank itself love taking money from families. It’s her deepest pleasure ruining the lives of as many people and children as possible. 1 day late for a payment? Too bad. No paycheck for you for 2 more weeks. Have fun starving.
