My card keeps getting declined over and over again it’s bullshit like no, no one stole my card I would call if they did or even better have an option to lock it and I’ll come get a new card this is completely ridiculous I have no food at my house and now I gotta wait to buy shit till Monday complete bullshit if you ask me
My debit card was kept by the ATM because I had taken too much time doing the transaction. Went in to get my card back, and was told I couldn't have it until 3pm. This was at 10 am. I was told they only get cards that have been kept at that time. I was not happy going without my card for 5 hours.
I have gone in to the Massena branch location on multiple occasions and Kathy fefee has dealt with my account each time. She is absolutely amazing and is the lifeline of that bank in my opinion. She single handedly saved my business when she fixed a fraud situation I dealt with. Their staff is always friendly and she is what keeps me coming back. Keep up the good work Kathy 😊
