The service in the physical bank is always nice but it is HELL online!!! 1. Your card WILL be blocked for bullshit reasons like card issuer rejection at local restaurants, or fraudulent activity when online shopping. 2. The representatives or customer support always take 5-10minutes responding with pre-made texts between each message. 3. Even if you confirm there is no issue they will still wait you out of their working hours. Over the past 3-4 years my wife has been through hell and back with some of the dumbest excuses and laziness I’ve ever heard from a bank regarding a mortgage or just general tasks. Rude, disrespectful and always trying to stall or make things difficult that typically at my banks are almost a seamless process. Stay away from this bank, they give two cents if your lucky of your business.
