Don't get an account through Experian smart money. This community federal bank services these accounts and they like to dictate how you spend your money. They want to say it's not a traditional checking account but they just suspended my account for using the Atm after my direct deposit hit.completely ridiculous
Visited the branch and staff was professional, friendly, as well as personal. It gave me a wonderful feeling to become a customer at the branch.

It's a great place and a great Bank
This is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their computer systems are out of date and they keep holding money from people. You're a bank..either you have the money or dont..and if you have it..release it to the people that bank with you! Worst bank ever. Don't trust them with your money.
