Very friendly helpful employees.
Last time I was there a blonde lady was very rude to me when my husband and I were trying to open an account. I didn't have everything but he did , so he went ahead and opened it. I have heard the other community bank has kinder people. But they close at 4 which is crazy. Looking for a good, kind, and helpful bank to open our business account with.
They charge $9 transaction fees for every payment I make on my loan, no matter what payment form I use (except in person, but I live 200 miles away). Update your payment methods and stop robbing us all with ridiculous unavoidable fees.
