Great people and great bank!
I am not sure how I feel about this bank yet. I went into the Pascagoula branch to get a debit card and I swear it took forever. She was hitting buttons and changing screens and I swear it took longer than it should have. I went back to the same branch to inquire about a direct deposit form. The teller basically wrote down my checking and savings account numbers on a card with the routing number and again, it took forever. Brad Grayson made the mortgage process an awesome experience and I couldn’t be happier and he really sets the standard for how banks should treat there clients. I wish there was more banks like community.
