This is my 4th time coming to the bank to try and get in my club's checking account after being elected. There is less than $300 in the account. I have been sitting because only one person in the bank can make this change. I have had my personal accounts here almost as long as Community Bank has been a bank.
I’ve been with this bank since I was in high school, and it’s been good without any service fees for my accounts and a nice savings account incentive. However, I listened as an employee from this location hung up twice on a customer service representative trying to verify my information with them. Great people and branch ms. Christina Newman was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the staff!
Went down there to ask couple of questions regarding applying debit/ credit card for the business account we have and employee working there were laughing about me questioning. Even if my questions are silly, laughing straight on my face was uncalled for and disrespectful.
