Employees give our incorrect information about what times loan officers are available. Inconvenient when someone makes an appointment just to be told that no one is available. A man I spoke to about opening a bank account was also rude by trying to rush me as if he had better things to do. That was entirely the vibe I got from it.
Community Bank has an exceptional team, and I cannot say enough positive things about this bank. Their level of customer service truly sets them apart, and they consistently go the extra mile to assist their customers without hesitation. I would especially like to recognize Lauren Ellison, who stepped in to help me with a last-minute situation and handled it with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Went to the Ridgeland branch and was very surprised at the lack of customer service. I’ve always been a huge fan of Community Bank but today changed my perspective. Is this bank moving to a Regions model that lacks a personal banking experience?
