I have had no issues with this bank or location. Thank you for the hard work.
Stopped by the WW branch, withdrew cash from the ATM. Wanted money for tips during our stay. Went inside to change the large bills in smaller denominations only to be told that I had to be a member… to change money the I just received from their ATM! Poor policy to say the least, not helpful for local businesses.
After about a week STCU had remedied the problems, but a much more serious problem is now apparent. When STCU mails a physical bill payment check, they take the money from the customer account regardless of whether the check has been cashed. This means that if the check is lost, STCU will just keep your money and you won't even know that the money is missing until the person or business comes looking for you and claims that you are not paying your bills.
