This branch is not much better than the college place. Never would I think I'd have a personal issue with people that have my money,but they do everything they can to make sure you know they don't need you. From the manager Michelle all the way down to the teller. (With one or two exceptions ). Awful experience.
Your bank has gone way down hill yesterday you couldn’t even open your downtown branch due to being understaffed. After over 20 years I’m leaving as soon as possible.
Bad customer service and they don’t want to work
New Manager Taber is the worst 'Bank Manager ' I had a very bad experience in hapo bank with him and now in community bank again. Also I want to mention about the new staff in community bank downtown branch is also not likes to work They are very lazy and do not make any positive effort to help clients
