July 11, 2025 Once again this bank screws up months later they call me that I have to give another part of payment because it’s screwed up on there end and there app sucks. When is this bank going to shut down or go bankrupt. Mallory and Nicole could not help me but accused me of not giving my payment when I gave it and now it could affect my credit. Don’t use this bank. Seriously. Still trying to refinance. Twice in one year they try to kill me.
