I'd like to start by saying I truly love CACU and boast about its perks to others. However, CACU has failed me twice regarding the referral bonus. The first time, I had to do the legwork, but they eventually credited my account. The second time, I referred my daughter, but their system glitched, and things didn't register properly. I have 10 years of experience. My application keeps getting denied. This is the reason why you guys have so many bad stars. You overlook the employees that really want to make a difference in your company. This is why your business will continue to get bad feedback. Good luck

Overall great bank but at this specific location there isn't an outside ATM. Look for a different location.

Called to ask questions due to needing debt consolidation loan. Jenny saved me from making a huge financial mistake, gave me better options that made more sense, got me approved for a loan and was able to set up checking, savings and the loan over the phone. Easiest process I have ever went through.
