I am so scared of needles (I cry every time I have to get blood drawn) and highly sensitive to pain, but I quickly got used to acupuncture. Most needles are painless, and when I get the occasional painful one, the discomfort lasts mere seconds. If you're scared, Dr. Jessie will go very slow and just do a couple of needles until you're ready to try more. After many days on the road, my back was really bothering me, so I made an appointment here. It was the best acupuncture session I think I have ever had. The consult was thorough (I learned a few things), and I felt very comfortable. JZV was gentle and answered all my questions. I plan on stopping when I pass through San Antonio again!
I highly recommend this facility. I was in deep pain on my right leg. After my treatment the pain was almost completely gone. That nightly I slept more peaceful and rested than I have in 20 years. Amazing what a difference this made for me.
