I can't speak for everyone else I can only speak about my experience and my experience with speaking to these people over the phone was terrible. I don't know why people have to be so rude and hateful especially with a service such as this that is there in place to help people. Most of the people that call in are in need of help or they wouldn't be calling and some are calling for first time and have no idea of the process of applying for help and having someone with a bad attitude and being rude and hateful isn't the time o... read more

This is a great service to the citizens of the communities that struggle to pay their electric bills. There are so many people that have to decide between eating or having electricity and these folks help! 🙏
