My experience has been very positive. The staff I have spoke with are extremely helpful and kind. I kept putting off applying for WIC since Covid-19 but finally caved. I have done everything from phone or email which I am not tech savvy and dreaded it, but the team they have are patient, supportive and helpful beyond their means.
