I am shocked that a preschool program would have a receptionists that locks herself in the office and will not speak to someone walking in. There was no one at the front when I came to in to ask questions. A woman in scrubs ignored me as she walked out the door past me. I found someone else, who went to speak to the receptionist but the look they gave me what like I was inconveniencing them Would not ever trust my kids with that kind of attitude.
