The staff here is so generous, kind, well trained and compassionate. Best health care I have recieved from a clinic in a very long time. I appreciate them working with my financial barriers and getting me seen quickly.
The receptionist was very kind, caring, understandable in me and my wife's situation. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and I recommend going there to get resources to help with a lot like food pants in Cheyenne and who van help with electricity bills and temp agencies ti finding work. I had a good and positive experience at Community Action.
Awesome place to go when needing assistance if they're not able to help, they will point you in right direction
This is a Set-up-to-fail agency. Along with any Cheyenne VA co-op housing. This office continues to keep failing in all areas Management allocating funds that are never used for its intended purposes, As Expected..... Lots of cash is never accurately accounted for. Go figure....
There is no program for emergency rental assistance, utilities, ANYTHING. If someone told you to call them to help prevent you from becoming homeless, do not bother. Ask for their resources list up front. They have no care for you, no empathy from the persons taking your calls. If you are in need of TEMPORARY emergency housing, they can do that for you. Maybe. It won't be right away in that case either.
