Very friendly and helpful when I've asked questions. Like so much better then a bank.
Edit: I was in again this week. I cannot believe the wait time again. There was no other office staff and looked like just 2 tellers that didn't know what they where doing and they made me wait. One girl was obviously new, NOT AN EXCUSE. Train your employees before they get on the job. Didn't offer to make me coffee or anything. There was a line almost out the door. The bes bank, everyone there is really nice and they know what they doing, always helping people.
Always ready to help and greeted as I arrive! Feel really comfortable when making transactions!
Community 1st has been the best experience I’ve had with banking in over twenty five years. The staff is amazing and the interest rates are to. Nothing to complain about.
