My expetiance at this location has been less than stellar it all seemed off and faked didnt have a pleasent experiance
I was with this credit union before they merged for almost 50 years, when I had an issue their response was never helpful, just keep repeating the same thing, no resolution. I switched banks and have never been happier.
I have been in this bank for 3 years and I have never had a problem, they are very accessible.
Transactions such as cashing a check take forever. It is not unusual to take 5 or 10 minutes. The branch manager said they have procedures they have to follow which take time. My thoughts are they need to streamline those procedures and not inconvenience their customers.
