Jillian and Amber are the best interpreters for helping me to reach my deaf brother quickly because my mother who is 102 is under hospice care and wanted to see her son to say goodbye. This was a very emotional video chat that Jillian and Amber have arranged with my deaf brother. I'm so grateful for the two and I want to thank you both from the bottom of my heart.
