The team at Communication Resources is incredible! I had to have a Starlink system installed at a remote location, and my not being on-site and working with a tight deadline made it all the more complicated. At each step, Communication Resources provided information, advice, and assistance, and their work was perfect and professional. I highly recommend them!
The team came through to increase Starlink speeds from 30-50mb/s to over 150mb/s. By team, I mean team - from customer-facing operations coordinators to techs and IT specialists in the field the results speak for themselves. Not only did our IT specialist improve Starlink performance, he was thorough enough to assure that all our other devices were working properly and disabled a mesh router which I thought was helping, but really may have just been slowing things down. That's thoroughness. Great job!
