I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. We trusted this company to guide us through an important process, only to find out that the work was done incorrectly. We traveled all the way to NYC to submit our documents, just to be told that the paperwork was wrong and incomplete. When we brought this to the attention of Paola Rivera’s office, specifically her secretary Anita, we were told that we would have to pay the full price again to have everything redone.
