I called in to cancel the my account after no using it for 6 Months, and they have very stringent rules for canceling. 1. you need to fill in a online form with 20+ fields 2. The cancelation will only take affect after 60 days. This is disingenuous and designed to make the cancelation hard and out of reach. Nevertheless these are their rules so I followed. Now after the 60 days, they say I didn't fill in the form with "all" the details, I missed one line number, so I need to do it again, and wait another 60 days. How is this... read more
