I had a skin rash so I made an appointment. The night before the appointment I started having symptoms of an UTI. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 am. At 8: 50 they had not called me yet. They finally called me at 8:55!!! When I told the nurse I was also having the symptoms of an UIT she said the doctor COULD ONLY see me for ONE reason. What can of business is this? They make me lose one hours of work, but can't see me for my skin rash and the UIT? I am not coming back. Horrible service.

Worked there for over a decade. Used to be a great place to work for, but not anymore. Loyalty and hard work don't mean much to management and are taken for granted. Employee recognition is a joke. Communicare Cares is non-existent, and the stuff listed on their website has not been done in years. New managers being hired in are apparently soul-less robots.
