Worst experience I've had at any lab. I need routine blood work and I called to double check their hours. The lady told me 3:30, I replied perfect, I'll be there at 2:40. Nope! I was told I must be there at 2:00 in order to complete check in and blood work Then she told me "It wouldn't be fair to show up at 2:40" Why are they open till 3:30 but you must arrive at 2???
The ladies working here have always been very kind, compassionate and professional. I have visited 3 times so far, always warmly welcomed. I would recommend this lab with confidence.
Friendly and caring service in a timely manner, which made the unpleasant task of bloodwork a much more pleasant experience
I cannot say enough about the staff at Keyser Avenue lab. Bheivini and Vicky are pleasant, friendly and great at their jobs. I require frequent bloodwork, no matter what time I walk in, how many patients are there, they are efficient and I know I’m not going to be sitting for an extended period of time. I do feel I need to mention that there have been times when only one of the girls are working alone. This seems both unsafe and unfair to both staff and patients.
