Hi my name is Lenny SREBRO I am a senior citizen and all my life when I need bloodwork I am very hard to get blood from-but going to Keyser Ave outpatient each time I have had Bhavini draw my blood the first time ! She is an excellent employee and she is fast !
Rude office lady.
Worst experience I've had at any lab. I need routine blood work and I called to double check their hours. The lady told me 3:30, I replied perfect, I'll be there at 2:40. Nope! I was told I must be there at 2:00 in order to complete check in and blood work Then she told me "It wouldn't be fair to show up at 2:40" Why are they open till 3:30 but you must arrive at 2???
The ladies working here have always been very kind, compassionate and professional. I have visited 3 times so far, always warmly welcomed. I would recommend this lab with confidence.
Friendly and caring service in a timely manner, which made the unpleasant task of bloodwork a much more pleasant experience
