She is a wealth of information and answered all of our questions patiently and clearly. We have since also had a meeting with Michael, who is also very knowledgeable and friendly. Contacted this place twice to try to get help with a will and executor appointment. Was told both times someone would call me back. Never happened. Not a good sign as first impression is a lasting one. Maybe once hired they wouldn’t return calls? Guess they don’t need any new clients.
The lawyer and staff at Commonwealth Life and Legacy could not have been more professional, they took what could have been a stressful process and made it as seamless as possible, removing all of the stress. Also, it was nice, that at no time that I had to go for a long period without an update. They were very friendly and very proactive.
