My husband and I finally found someone we trusted and liked not only for his expertise, but his sense of humor, kindness and just plain goodness. Scott is extremely thorough, knowledgable and attuned to individual needs and concerns. We have several other legal issues and needs that we now feel totally confident to go Scott with when the time comes. I would give a 10 if I could. Just a comforting and calming experience with Scott when dealing with sensitive and delicate life issues that need to be addressed.
Scott was so helpful in helping us make changes to the existing estate plan we currently had. He listened to our questions and concerns about our current plan, made some great suggestions, and was prompt in creating our new plan. He had excellent communication throughout the process and was wonderful to work with.
The firm easily understood our estate planning needs. The consultation was thorough and the presentation of the documents was extremly informative and specific to my needs. The advice given was priceless.
Scott and Dan answered every question and got back to us right away I think Scott probably had to wait on me to answer one or two of his questions. He was very knowledgeable and he understood the necessity of getting my mothers wishes put down on paper. He covers everything thoroughly but he also gives suggestions for us on what we need to do so we can be spared from having a lot to contend with when our mother passes. That will be devastating enough. If you want help like we did call Scott Martin he's your man!!
