I was with my physical therapy coordinator at the hospital and they called inquiring about my insurance to Commonwealth Hand. They said they did take my insurance and she scheduled me. I paid initially thinking that it was an intake fee, then on my second appointment I had to pay yet again so when I came for my third appointment I checked and my insurance wasn't billed. I am working with an excellent therapist who was able to figure out how to help my sore shoulder. I want to get better and am willing to work for it, and she is supporting me in that. The office is busy: a lot of people in a small space, but the staff are friendly.

Brett and Paige have been a huge help to me in recovering from back pain from a difficult pregnancy. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking PT for pain, as Brett is very skilled at tailoring the exercises to specific needs.
