I was with my physical therapy coordinator at the hospital and they called inquiring about my insurance to Commonwealth Hand. They said they did take my insurance and she scheduled me. I paid initially thinking that it was an intake fee, then on my second appointment I had to pay yet again so when I came for my third appointment I checked and my insurance wasn't billed.
