I have been a client since 2012. I have never met a person so dedicated and passionate about his profession, particularly in the "individual bond " area as Chuck LaRocco (except maybe a long time Canadian miner/geologist colleague who shows a similar passion for his subject even while just walking in the the bush.) Charles LaRocco use to work for a company called Powers Securities here in Rochester .He was one of the branch managers at Powers .He routinely CHURNED accounts and lied to clients! Power Securities was shut down by the SEC and most of the Brokers scattered like cock roaches.If any one is seriously considering giving this guy money to invest and manage , THINK AGAIN !!! The thought of him being intrusted to manage peoples money is very concerning ! .DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY OR THIS FIRM !!! >
I stopped in here to ask for assistance but no with any service they offer and the people who work here were awesome and went out of the way to assist me. I don't have a need for the services at the moment but at the point when I do I will be going here because if they would go so far out of the way to assist someone who is not a client I can only imagine how far the go to do the right thing for a client.
