IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR AND WHEN A PERSON PICKED UP THE PHONE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE TO TRANSFER ME! WHICH PUT ME BACK ON HOLD! ALL I WANT IS A LOAN PAY OFF AND A PER DIEM! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH A BANK THAT WON'T ANSWER THERE PHONES!
They have closed the inside so it’s only an atm now
