I had an issue today and if I went to Kristie Jones to start with it would have saved me a TON of trouble. She went so far beyond a typical customer issue to absolute fix my problem. I live in Georgetown and I would rather drive to Lexington at Kristie’s branch for anything I need moving forward. She has the BEST customer service skills of any banker I’ve met yet. Thanks Kristie
Not a very friendly atmosphere.. I did not feel welcomed and the teller acted like he really didn’t want to help me.. not a very diverse group of people.. will not return.
We had a great experience at CCU. Our loan officer, Connor Hubbard, offered great customer service and helped us find the best option financially when purchasing a home. Definitely would recommend working with Connor!
