Worst place I have ever dealt with. I have insurance on my loans and they have a program they dangle in front of you to get you to pay as much as you can when youre behind, then you get told theres nothing they can do until the loans are current. whats the point of help if youre current?!? will never recommend anyone to them or deal with another credit union again. EVERYTHING is collateral for anything you have with them!!! crooked!!
